A complete interior gut renovation of an Upper East Side condo. Reconfiguration of the apartment layout included the addition of a new bedroom, relocation and expansion of new pass-through kitchen, full bathroom renovations, custom millwork and integration of smart lighting and appliance technologies. The simple color palette is grounded by whites and light greys and is emphasized by punches of bolder, deeper greys and stone, concrete, and wood tones.
