Known for guiding multidisciplinary teams, Olivia has extensive experience leading complex retail, wellness, and beauty-focused projects from concept design through construction. She focuses her work on strengthening client and consultant relationships and advancing sustainability initiatives across the firm. As a born-and-bred New Yorker, she is also involved in volunteer efforts supporting NYC’s Chinatown community, having contributed to design initiatives and neighborhood revitalization programs, and brings a thoughtful, community-oriented approach to her work.
