Alex joined Heitler Houstoun Architects in 2012 after receiving a Bachelor of Architecture from Iowa State University. He was promoted to Associate in 2018 and has managed numerous residential, commercial and retail projects. Highlights include The Lawn Club, 305 Fitness, Hive & Colony, Toms Shoes, Spruce & Bond, Skin Laundry and Pure Barre tenant fit-outs, in addition to many residential condo renovations, single and multi-family projects, corporate offices and lobbies. He has worked on projects in various jurisdictions but specializes in NYC and is one of the office’s leading resources on code and zoning compliance. Prior to HHA, Alex worked on large scale corporate, residential and industrial projects at LHB in Minneapolis, MN. Korby is a licensed architect in New York, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
