Full renovation of an Upper West Side townhouse duplex apartment and exterior garden space. Project included new kitchen, living and dining rooms, as well as master suite, children’s bedrooms, office and family/playroom. A portion of the backyard was excavated to create a new lower courtyard that brings natural light into the basement level spaces. New stairs and glass bridge reconnect the living room and lower family room to the backyard.
