Manhattan Loft
Complete renovation of raw loft space, including new layout, fixtures, and finishes. The space is a former YMCA gymnasium with the old mezzanine running track converted into the upper level of the duplex. Existing trusses and the basketball court’s wood floor were reused in the finished apartment.
