Malibu Residence

This project consists of an exterior and interior renovation of a single family residence in Malibu. The design process included new landscaping, a reconfiguration of the site and main house in order to maximize amenities for hosting and entertaining, while optimizing privacy for the client. The regulatory approval process included the legalization of work on the property by the previous owner.
