Central Park West Residence

A gut renovation of a spacious 2 story, 3 bed, 4 bath condo overlooking Central Park. The focus of the project was on providing modern finish upgrades with an emphasis on the kitchen and baths. The kitchen has a flush slab floor to ceiling cabinets with integrated appliances and minimal hardware. The soft blues bring tranquility while the wood grain provides warmth to the breakfast nook. The space is brought to life with an intricate Moroccan mosaic cement floor tile.
