Bel-Air Residence
Complete renovation of a two-story 1961 house in Bel-Air. Basement crawl space was expanded to full story height, a new three story central stair and atrium were added and all interiors were fully renovated. A 32 foot high retaining wall was added in the backyard to create a new level terrazzo patio, pool and deck. The circular driveway was replaced with a new landscaped entry courtyard.
