Ground-up construction of a new, luxury residence, including site planning and design of the house, interiors, patio, pool, and landscaping.
Just moments from downtown Buckhead, the project was sited and landscaped to maximize privacy and create an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
The exterior of the house was intended to be a modern interpretation of traditional architectural materials – at once minimalist and richly detailed. The interior features generous entertaining spaces – including a dramatic, 2-story living room and open kitchen dining room – that all directly connect to the adjacent patio and pool areas.
