HHA led the comprehensive renovation of an existing three-story building, transforming it into a fully modernized mixed-use property that integrates co-living residential, commercial, and tenant amenity spaces.

The project reconfigured the building to include three full-floor residential units — one per story — above an active ground-floor commercial space, maintaining an existing non-conforming use, with accessory tenant recreation areas located in the cellar.
