New mixed-use 60-unit affordable housing project developed by local community developer, Cypress Hills.
HHA initially provided zoning consultation services in support of the developers’ approved upzoning application. The building’s floor plans were developed according to a strict modular grid to facilitate off-site modular unit construction. The building was designed to comply with HPD and HCR design requirements and LEED Silver certification.
